The leverage you need to bring your goals to life.
1. Business Hours & Turn-Around Time
a. Emails and phone calls will be returned between 8am and 8pm Monday through Friday.
b. Projects may be worked on and completed outside of these hours.
c. Technology Set-Up will be completed within 3 days of receiving all required documentation and payment of deposit.
d. Listing Packages will be completed within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation and payment of deposit. If you wish to have your listing online a particular day, please consider this timeline in making your request.
e. Turn-around time on custom Marketing and Database Management packages will be included on initial invoice.
f. Transaction coordination services will be completed on the day the transaction closes. In the event that a transaction does not close after services have begun, services will be prorated accordingly.
e. Rush services may be available by request. A 30% premium will be added for rush services.
2. Invoices & Payment
a. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all services. An invoice for this deposit will be sent upon request of services and must be paid prior to the start of services.
b. You will receive an invoice by email immediately following the completion of services. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing.
c. Payments (deposit and balance) may be made by check (made payable to Kimberly Fraere and mailed to PO Box 2131, Plainville, MA 02762) or by PayPal.
d. Late payments will be subject to a Late Payment Fee of $10 for every 7 days the payment is past due.
a. Confidential information provided for the completion of services or any other purpose will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party unless I am legally required to do so. Client testimonials will only be posted with the consent of the client.
4. Creative Rights
a. All custom marketing pieces and creative works are the property of Kimberly Fraere and Five Star Assistants.
